Open A Support Ticket<\/h2>\r\n
\r\n\r\nSupport hours are Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM US Eastern Time<\/a>.<\/strong> There are no official support hours on Saturday or Sunday, nor on US public holidays.\r\nSupport covers setup, trouble using existing features, and bug fixes. Regrettably we cannot provide support for customizations or 3rd party plugins or add-ons.<\/strong>\r\n
